This is the most yummiest dessert ever, its healthy, quick and easy! The only not so healthy part is the cream but you can remove it from the recipe if you are picky. With deserts I try to make them as healthy as possible it defintly contains sugar but its natural I never use processed sugar.
So you will need these ingredients for the mousse:
- Organic cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
- Dates ( 8 dates)
- Maple syrup (1/3 cup)
- Coconut milk (1.5 cup)
- Vanilla (1 tsp)
- Avocado (optional but it will make it more fluffy and you won’t taste it at all) (1.5 cup)
For the toppings:
- Canned coconut milk
- Organic peanut butter
Start by mixing all ingredients in a mixer, make sure it blends properly, place it in a bowl or a small cup.
Then for the coconut milk you have to refrigerate it overnight to get creamy consistency. Open the can and add the top creamy part in a mixer by its own and keep blending till its nice and soft. you can also research how to make coconut whip cream if you’re confused! add the cream on top of the mousse and place the peanut butter on the side!
